Zane Hudick is the General Manager and one of several owners of HEI Civil. He reports directly to the CEO and oversees all facets of business operations, including the company’s P&L. With a career spanning 25 years, all of which have been dedicated to HEI Civil, Hudick brings a wealth of expertise in heavy civil construction.
In his current capacity, Hudick is at the helm of the company’s endeavors, including providing meticulous cost estimates, orchestrating the planning and execution of large-scale projects, and offering invaluable value engineering solutions to both owners and clients. His commitment to excellence is underscored by his prior role as Senior Project Manager and Estimator, where he successfully managed over 18 substantial projects from inception to completion.
Hudick’s dedication to HEI Civil extends beyond his operational responsibilities. He plays a pivotal role on the private board, initially serving as an advisor before being elected a director in 2023. His influence extends to the broader industry landscape, as evidenced by his appointment to the 2024 NUCA Colorado Board as a contractor director.
Hudick holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, where he specialized in finance and organizational management. He currently resides in Castle Rock, Colorado.
