Justin Curphy joined HEI Civil in 2012 as Estimator & Project Manager where he worked closely with management in keeping projects on schedule and budget. Currently in his role as Vice President of Estimating & Project Management and one of the owners of HEI Civil, Justin maintains customer and subcontractor relations, coordinates schedules, delivery of materials, job cost, and production, supervises projects from bid day through final acceptance, and oversees his team in managing 90 active projects. Starting his career in construction in the field at age 16, Justin worked his way up to General Superintendent/ Operations Manager before finding his expertise in estimating and project management. Now with over 25 years’ experience in various aspects of construction, Justin credits hard work and his skills in production and personnel management for the advancement of his career.

Justin holds many certifications including OSHA 10-hour and 40-hour courses, CPR and First Aid, Asbestos 24-hour training, and trench safety competent person training. When Justin isn’t at work, he can be found spending time with his family.
