Throughout his over 30 years in heavy civil construction, JP Morgan has demonstrated a remarkable ability to drive growth and foster success. Morgan began his career with HEI Civil in 2004 as an Estimator and Project Manager. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer and one of several owners of HEI Civil.
In his current role, Morgan spearheads operational excellence and efficiency, ensuring teams are equipped to achieve critical success factors in their daily operations. His leadership is characterized by a deep-seated commitment to nurturing and empowering his team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Beyond his operational role, Morgan’s commitment to HEI Civil’s success is further evidenced by his active involvement in the company’s governance. Since its inception in 2021, Morgan has served on the Board of Directors, where he sits on the nominating and governance committee.
Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Colorado State University. He currently resides in Castle Rock, Colorado.
