Jamie Supernor joined HEI Civil in 2017 as a General Superintendent, bringing with him decades of hands-on experience and leadership in the construction industry. With a career that began in 1995, Jamie has built a strong reputation for maintaining quality assurance, keeping projects on schedule and within budget by working closely with Project Managers and Superintendents. Today, as Vice President of Operations and one of the owners of HEI Civil, he continues to play a critical role in driving field excellence and operational success.
Before joining HEI Civil, Jamie spent nine years at OE Construction as Field Operations Manager and another nine years at Belair Site Services, where he rose through the ranks from Superintendent to Estimator to Project Manager. He holds multiple certifications, including OSHA 10, OSHA 40, Competent Person, and CPR/First Aid, reflecting his strong commitment to safety and professional standards. When Jaimie isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and getting outdoors—especially hunting and fishing.
