With a career spanning over 28 years in site preparation and underground utilities, Clint Eskridge brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as President of HEI Civil’s South Central and Southeast regions and one of several owners of HEI Civil.
Eskridge began his career at HEI Civil as a General Superintendent in 2010, overseeing projects ranging from $200,000 to $30,000,000. Before being appointed President, Eskridge was the company’s Executive Vice President of Operations. He utilized his vast construction knowledge and experience to provide exceptional leadership to the company’s operations teams in the Rocky Mountain, Southeast, and South Central regions.
Eskridge’s strategic insight and leadership contribute significantly to the company’s overall direction. His hands-on experience, strategic vision, and dedication make him a respected and influential leader in the civil construction industry.
Beyond his operational responsibilities, Eskridge has been an integral member of the HEI Civil Board of Directors since 2021, where he sits on the board’s nominating and governance committee. He currently resides in Austin, Texas.
