Completed within the original 460-day schedule, the bridges were seamlessly integrated with extensive earthwork, utility installations, and sustainable design elements to support the growing community.

As part of a 260-acre mixed-use development in Parker, CO, this project focused on constructing two vehicular bridges and a pedestrian bridge to enhance connectivity and support future growth. Through early involvement in design, close coordination with multiple infrastructure scopes, and proactive stakeholder collaboration, the bridges were delivered as a key element in maximizing the area’s development potential.
